Question - .ini help for cleric spells(and rogue question)

So this is for an emu server (hidden forest) but it’s just a general question.

There’s a spell on my cleric that essentially is a reverse damage shield, in my .ini I have it under dps. Is this correct since it’s cast on the mob as a detrimental spell?

Dpson=1
DPS1=Mark of Thel

Is how I have it set up, is there anything I’m missing? It’s hard to say if cleric is casting it since i can’t really see debuffs and such on mobs yet unless I’ve missed a setting or something on there.

Other question is I just started a rogue to play and was reading through a couple things for stick.

Do I need to turn off MQmelee to get stuck behind to work properly, and would the proper setting just be a simple

Stickhow=behind

No other modifier?

Thanks y’all, lots to learn still.

DPS1=Mark of Thel|99 it needs a hp percentage to use it at.

For rogue Stickhow=!front moveback uw 10

!front = not front, moveback = not standing inside the npc, uw = underwater, incase you have lev on at some point, 10 = distance

There's other options you could add like =!front snaproll right uw moveback 10

Only turn off melee with kiss if you're willing to setup bash, kick, taunt, and all that stuff yourself lol People hate melee but it does allow you to be lazy on somethings that would just be spammed with |mash anyways

awesome, i appreciate all the help ya'll. there's so much info for KA and im so new to it im not sure exactly how to search for things sometimes.

how much of that can be disregarded now there is /autoskill at lvl 1? at least some of it anyway.. I always wonder if its better to let EQ manage the /autoskill ability or let a macro do it..

Well, you can only /autoskill one skill (two for monks and bsts) but I find that EQ does a good job with it. I still prefer to let KA manage my melee rather than MQ2Melee and adding a few |mash lines to an .ini doesn't really bother me. But to each their own.

yeah thats basically what I'm doing too.. I /autoskill the main "skill" of whichever class im doing, and then let my kiss dps routine do the rest with the |mash tag..

i pretty much never use mq2melee anymore, as thats basically whats been recommended as a best practice now.. thats the life of MQevolution :)
