Problem - inconsistent downshit across multiple characters..

Hey guys..I play on the TLP and have several melee toons with the same downshit (copied and pasted) in all of their mq2melee inis. Since buff slots are scarce I have them all clicking off gift of pure thought....the problem is, on 1 character he always clicks it off no matter what, zero issues....on the other 2, more often then not it doesnt click off...and i get spammed with a msg saying it can't click off buff...

here is the downshit im using:
downshit3=/if (${Me.Buff[Gift of Pure Thought].ID}) /clickoff "Gift of Pure Thought"

any help is appreciated!
