Ok here is my question, as I have looked through many threads and not found the answer I need anywhere in them, what will happen if I use MQ2 and get caught? Anyone? Also, what macros are more "legal" than others, I mean if I use the forageaa.mac will I be caught? I left a similar question on another thread but that was before I saw this forum.

One other thing, could anyone help me on where exactly to find the MQ2 program and a fairly detailed setup on how to install and run it? I may have missed that thread or saw it and not understood exactly what it was.

Thank you for being patient with me and I'm sorry for being such a newb. :D

You can get caught using MQ2 period. But most macros are passive enough to go unnoticed. Will a forage mac get you banned, probably not. Unless you stay on 24/7/365, then someone my report you if you happen to be in a guild or sitting the same spot. Most likely you'd only be handed a suspension.

Anything that is AFK is generaly more dangerous to use. Tradeskill macs can be dangerous if they use pathing or warps. Any macro that uses a warp is dangerous, any mac that uses zone is slighlty risky. Most macros can be run safely if you are at the keyboard.

Just one more note if a macro interacts with people ie buffs ect best be there so your macro dosen't hang and spam them or something like that.
