Problem - huge amount of lag when pressing hotkey set to multiple commands

I'm only dual boxing, so I assume this would be way worse on 6 chars.

On my main character when I press a key set to multiple commands (like 12 long term cooldown abilities), I get about 500ms of lag.

I tested with MQ2 not running and the lag is completely gone.

Anyone know what might fix this? I don't want any kissassist or whatever running on my main account anyway, just my alt...

what plugins do you have loaded?

could you tell us about your setup?

how are you doing those commands? and what commands specifically?

I just installed last night so I have whatever default programs/plugins installed.

What I mean is I have the "3" key bound to like 15 abilities. (long cooldown abilities) So when I press 3 in game I get 500 ms lag. Like the game freezes in place for 500 ms.

With none of this MQ stuff loaded I get no lag at all.

I just typed /end for both accounts and the lag is still there so I don't think it's kissassist related

Also the EQBC server is not loaded either

Also the lag is there even when all the abilities are on cooldown, so it's not like some "tons of effects triggering at once" lag or whatever

alright I think I've tried everything...

I typed /end which removed all macros.

I disbanded the group and logged out my alt account, so only my main account was logged in

I typed /plugin list, then went through 1 by 1 and typed /plugin mq2(x) unload, then pressed my hotkey and for every single one the lag was still there

the last one on unload crashed my eqgame.exe

I guess I'll try logging in with my main account from a different everquest folder and see if the kissassist stuff still works while in group

I run 7 accounts from same folder without lag, running vv and kissassist.
Have you checked the size of your log-files, maybe move them regularly to a folder named "bu" or alike, but if you want to save the Infos.

Mind to post one of those hotkey to help us to narrow down the problem for you?

I found 4 log files all from yesterday around 5:45pm, one is 7kb, the others are around 700kb

Here are screenshots of the two "key mash" buttons I'm using. I bind 15 berserker long cooldown abilities to "3", then 11 melee dps abilities to "g".

None of these are in-game macros except ATK which is just "/attack on"

"3" causes about 500ms of lag, while "g" is around 300ms.

whatever I'm just gonna do a fresh install and see if that fixes it...

are there any registry entries or other folders I need to delete to clear all settings???

OK. I understand that you create this lag, when you click a button/key of a multibind of 11/15 abilities.
My cleric has a multibind of 4 fast heals, which works fine. I never created a multi bind of more than those 4 heals.
I can imagine that a multibind of 11+ keys can cause a hight workload and can cause the described effect.

Anyone else out there using multibinds with 10+ spells/abilities?
