1) How does one use that /addignore? without manually editing the INI.
2) how does one reload the ini? I am talking about the INFO ini. not the macro ini

anything with a slash like "/addignore" almost always means you can type it out in game.

you can type /addignore ${Target.CleanName} and it will add it to kiss (you need to have kiss running when you do this.
