Question - How to Get Puller to Continue Attack

I'm pulling with my mage, Pet tank puller to be exact. I want him to continue casting Burst of Flames after he sends his pet in, but he just stands there. How can I change this?
 
Wouldn't afk but i do ka my second toon not a good time to all out bot

every progression server has been like that.. impossable to logon at many times due to everyone on it.... total choas in every starting/lower zone for the first 2 weeks... then things start to get a little more normal.. but not by much..

Usually after the first month those who have gotten fed up or don't wanna stick it out on a progression server are gone.. and things are better.. (kinda) lol

I have been trying since wednesday to loon to the server just to CREATE a toon on it.. nothing but "server is at maximum capacity and not allowing further logins" message....
 
I've had luck logging in. The problem is it feels like I'm at Disneyland. Every mob has a line. I'm surprised there aren't churo vendors lining up nearby.
 
Is daybreak freaking aware that 1 progression server wont support the community that wants to play on progression servers????

Did someone forget to mention to them that when last progression server was made.. fippy.. they had to do an emergency build of 2nd identical progression server... SIGH

Or did Vulak`Aerr server skip their minds?
