When trying to pull and agro moving targets melee sometimes just isn't enough and I just hit taunt for it to engage. Is there a way I can add taunt to the /pullwith rather then just having it melee?

Also warrior doesn't use his 2.0 is there a way I can add that into ini?

I apologize if these are simple things. Relatively new to RG =]

Need more info to answer. Which macro are you using? RG Mercs? KissAssist?
If You are using Kissassist, there is a pull section in the ini. You can adjust it as you want.
With Pullwith=Taunt for exemple. But not wure if it will work. I just know it works for Melee or the name of spell you want to pull with.
For the epic use, you can add it in the dps section for exemple.

Taunt for pulling is a waste of taunt, as it brings you only 1 aggropoint over the top of the actual hightest agro if I remember well.. Using taunt on pull would be less agro than throw stone.
If it´s your warrior puilling, might try Namdrows' Roar for pulling ... or a similar ability, works like an aggro-dot and should give you a decent jumpstart for aggro, while mob approaches the camp.
