With my monk ini, how would I manage to set it up to pull with "Echo of Deceit" (An AoE Mez) first, then use "Distant Strike" (A simple, single target pull ability) after. This is mainly to prevent adds coming along with a pull, and to nearly guarantee single target pulls. Any help is much appreciated.

are these both AA's or both combat abilities or 1 AA and 1 Combat ability?

I don't know if it would work, but how about setting up a social button with both abilities and assign a hotkey to it, then pull with /keypress x

The biggest problem has to do with the mobs that are hit by "Echo of Deceit" all show up on your XTarget, even though they may not be charging after you, KISS things you grabbed agro and wants to run back to camp.
You would need to create a routine that would be called from the PULL routine, to cast "Echo of Deceit" then return and pull the mob.
Now here is the second kicker, if your ma is not your puller then the ma is back at camp seeing all the mobs on XTarget even though only 1 of them is actually incoming to camp.
And to add even more problems to this issue, "Echo of Deceit" does not work in some zones, and what I mean by doesn't work is, after using "Echo of Deceit" on a mob in a group of 3, all 3 mobs show up on XTarget, you use your ranged item and hit your target, but your target just stands there and doesn't move. You /range again and the mob just stands there, finally "Echo of Deceit" wears off and now all 3 mobs charge after you. Don't ask me why, but that is what happens in some zones..

Puller, if target affected by x use x, MA if target range > x, wait x seconds, if target range <= x attack

There's at least 1 specific line in KA that you can edit for the tank / MA to choose range to target mobs at off the xtarget menu. Generally I wouldn't suggest trying to set up single pulls on an afk group. KA works much better with tank pulling, and running a true cc, enchanter ideal, bard will work. I've run both and that always beats out trying to use a monk to pull like a human would
