Out of the box, without a configured kissassist_info.ini file that specifies the names of named mobs, how does the KA code decide what is a named mob? Is it simply looking to see if the name is capitalized?
Relatively new to KA, and after a quick start, I noticed he was trying to always burn because he thought everything was a named mob. The zone in question does have trash mobs that have proper names that are capitalized, so my theory is that the script default is based on that. Can someone confirm?

Changing the burn value from 1 to 2, and copying the names from MQ2Spawnmaster to Kissassist_info.ini fixed this for me for this zone.
 
mq does a couple of checks to make a "best guess" with #spawn name and Spawn Name --- the # and the use of caps

the best suggestion is to use spawnmaster.HasTarget as a condition

So to fill out your suggestion Sic, you are implying to disable BurnAllNamed=0 in kissassist.ini, and set the burn abilities up in the DPS section with the condition spawnmaster.HasTarget. Correct?

Yes, I have examples on how > I < (not for everyone, and there are multiple solutions) approached this in my bard's ini
