help with plugins and offsets (1 Viewer)

OK,
I have pretty well got the compiling part down and for the most part understand what and why. Now I want to move on to plugins and offsets. I have browsed a couple guides on plugins, and can probably fumble through that ok, but I do not understand offsets at all, and was wondering if there is a guide someplace I missed. I called myself searching, and reading for one, but hell theres a LOT of forums here. If someone could kindly point me in a positive direction I will be most grateful. I hear they are easy, but I havent the first clue.

its a good guide on offsets.. and it takes a few times.. but gets you doing the basics...

Thanks Army, I knew it was out there someplace, just tons of reading to find that
