Help with Mod Rods on progression Server

I can get her to cast and use it, but she keeps chain casting. what should it look like for her to cast it use it then cast when she needs one?

To setup an item to be summoned the syntax is:
=SPELLNAME|Summon|ItemSummoned|#youwantsummoned

To setup an item or spell to be used to recover mana:
=Item/Spellname|mana|%mana to trigger|%health to use (ensures you don't kill yourself with a rod =P )

Example below:

Buffs3=Summoned: Modulating Rod|Summon|Modulating Rod|1
Buffs4=Modulating Rod|Mana|80|80

How to use them is the same like for the mage for the other characters. i.e.:

Buffs4=Modulating Rod|Mana|80|80

If someone knows though, how can I get other chars to request a new modrod after 3 uses ?
ANy hint in this direction would be greatly appreciated

Kiss does not communicate with other toons in game. Its a safety thing.
You would have to hack Kiss to do it.
