Once we have our leaders/officers/reps finalized, they will be listed here:

Guild Leaders:

Guild Officers:

Recruitment:
Raid:
Conduct:

Reps:

Officers:

Members:

Guild leaders will each have a 24% power for official votes, while the total collection of officers will have 26%, and the members will have 26%.

What this means is that the guild leaders, individually, have just as much say in matters as the rest of the guild and the officers. However, if any one leader is on a power trip, he'll get shot down. If TWO guild leaders try to collude and make a decision the rest of the guild doesn't agree with, they'll get shot down.

The only thing to remember is that the officers and the members cannot exercise their power unless they are all 100% in agreement.

We will have one rep for the officers and one rep for the members. The rep will be the person who will deliver the vote of the officers/members, but ONLY if the officers/members are in 100% agreement, as said before. If they're not in 100% agreement, then the rep will let us know that as well.
