gem ready? (1 Viewer)

What would the /if statement if there is one to check if a gem has refreshed yet? Kinda like:

/if (${Me.AltAbilityReady[Boastful Bellow]} && ${Target.Type.Equal[NPC]}) { 
   /aa act Boastful Bellow 
   /delay 1s
}

But i can't get that to work for a gem..anyone know if that is possable or not, and if so what the line would be?
