Has anyone checked that if they make a toon on Quarm to get the potion, that they can't delete it and make another to get more pots?

you cant tried to log in on 5 seperate computers told me on 4 not on quarm i could only have 1 loged in on server. all 5 computers had different ips i released and got new still did same thing
