While this is probably common knowledge - during the 7th anniversary celebration, you can buy a Festive Doll for 0 pp from a vendor in Thurgadin. He is located inside Thurgadin. Go through the first three gates, take a right at the stone tablet in the floor, and he is the first NPC on the right. His name is Gimblak Frozensong.

Yea. What I did, is bought 1, put it in shared bank, then logged toon, and got on other toon took out, and repeated until I had a lot of them

and btw Army is right, the prices will jump as soon as they are done with it. I have seen some even in Bazaar selling right now to the people that don't know that it is free. and they are at 1-5k pp
