frame rate issue

When i use the compile made by redquest, it makes my windows constantly change from 100% opacity to 0% opacity.

I am 99% sure this is because of eqplaynice. When i am playing eq without mq loaded it does the same thing but only when i do not turn off eqplaynice with he options inside of wineq2.

It never does it when i use a_troll_01's compile. Is there a way to turn this off?
