If its after a fight:
Its not perhaps a zerker, they have a disc that roots them to the ground (timing of 30s sounds about right) frenzied I believe.

Another issue would be if your wizard is in the middle of casting harvest or something similar. They won’t move until the cast is over.

You could try to setup your own follow button with a /stopcast command before the follow command. That wouldn’t help you if your issue is a zerker problem, though.

I have this problem from time to time. My 6th character has a significant delay receiving EQBC commands. If I do something like
Code:
/bcaa //doathing
it goes straight to chars 1 through 5 immediately and it shows up in their MQ windows. But the 6th, my berzerker, gets no MQ message acknowledging the command until 30-60 seconds later.

I am getting similar issue as well, my 5th character would delay, or would not follow. The 5th character will also lag behind and will not keep up to the point he just breaks follow.

this is often an issue related to 1 of 2 things (or both)

either a: you have your background fps set too low. most recommend an absolute bare minimum of 30 background fps for your toons - I suggest at least 60 - the fps cycle is where "work" is done and if you have that background fps limit to minimum or something very low, it can skip doing "work"
or b: an issue related to eqbc - I had a similar issue using eqbcs and folks suggested using eqbcs2 or using eqbcs in high priority mode (or just switching all-together to dannet). I would always have the issue on the last toon i logged in - that after a few hours he would either stop responding, or be VERY DELAYED in responding. turns out it was an eqbcs issue.
