cpt_cam had previously posted this in a thread called evidence of unity strat, but it never really got the attention it deserved. it's been around since fellowship release, and is useful in VERY many places.

Fellowships have no z-axis restrictions. If you can get 3 people on the same x/y axis, you can create one. This means, in missions with the thalassius layout, if you run someone down below you can warp anywhere in the tunnels without clearing, in one of the solt missions you can warp up through the towers, etc. it's also useful in a number of other places, notably some older raid zones.

bards..monks and rogues are great for setting up the z.

Also, I found it helps with getting the slipgear's gem for alts in the hive. You'll see the spots :-)
 
almost any class can do it, I used to use it in thalassius maps with a druid. it's amazingly useful for getting faction, and one of the best sploits in existence recently that won't get you banned sooner or later.
