I can't remember how to edit the ini to tell the plugin which foods/drinks to consume first. Can anyone refresh my memory? Yes, I tried searching.

Can anyone help me with this at all? The old ini I had was on my other hard drive and got lost. I just want to know how to tell it what food/drink to consume.
