Problem - Everything repeatedly crashing

Alright no idea why this is happening, everything has worked fine since I started.
Last couple days I log on and get spammed with mq2aaspend crashes. finally managed to get in and unload it on everyone.
Then I get spammed that mq2nav has no meshes. So follow me / come to me woudl just auto fail. Wouldn't let me manually nav either.
Relogged and instead of that I just get spammed with mq2nav crashes.
Relogged after that and EQBC won't even connect.

Do I need to uninstall/reinstall or what? I've run the updater 5 or 6 times, get the same "It's all updated"message each time.
Kinda clueless what's going on.

Edit: Forgot to mention, this is on Test. I went ahead and uninstalled, in process of reinstalling the nav meshes and I'll see what happens

Edit2: I got one toon in, working on a few other things atm. Like trying to get the auto login to work.
My monk started fine. every other toon is having an issue with it.
I input all the info, click load, it opens up the login page with "Profile_server: Charname" (Eg. Main_Test:Rangername) in the login box.
I've deleted / re-entered all the info several times. Ranger finally started working, can't get others to work atm.
Ended up just manually logging in everyone, not sure why it refuses to work.

Come to me /follow me appears to be working for now, though.
Guess I'll get everyone logged in and see if combat works

Are you using the test compile? It's different from the live compile.

Yes, been using it for close to a month with zero issues til now. Reinstall seems to have fixed the errors but I haven't finished setting everything back up.

edit: so I got it running again, dunno if autologin actually works or not yet, I manually logged them in.
However, soon as I load mq2aaspend it starts the error chain again
Edit2: tried deleting the .ini settings I had for mq2aaspend and it seems to have fixed that error.
Tried after to change buy order, immediately crashed to desktop.

Error with autologin seems to be persisting. Not that big of a deal but I'd love to know how to fix that particularly, that's one of my favorite things, not having ot manually log in all my crap

Edit again: Just to update a little info. Tried editing the order of mq2aaspend (Just /aaspend order 35214 or whatever) and instant crash. just using /aaspend brute on doesn't crash me.
However, when I crash and log back in the toon, MQ is not running. I have to go manually reload MQ each time for that toon. Not sure if that has anything to do with my problems?
Honestly whole day has been a huge frustration for me. Got used to just clicking my login button, running to my camp and grinding. Instead been crashing over and over and spent the entire day just trying to get the game to work, with 0 progress made on anything. Go me.
