Well you can get it back!

Just simply go into a shroud form, anyone ya want (I found this out because i claimed the garg shroud from expansion packs)

Simply shroud up, Take it off and voila! All your mission reward windows comes back

At least it did for me on 2 toons so hope it works for you :P

Anything that involves the Reward Window you can get back by opening up the Reward Window through the Blue EQ Button as well.
