Error: Incorrect Client (1 Viewer)

Hey all not sure if this is due to the patch or not but i am getting a error that pops up once i load eq main or eq windows..says incorrect client loaded...If it is not because of the patch then anyone have any idea what the problem might be, because as of last night before the patch my mq was running just fine.. thanks and appreciate the help..
