The patch today added 7 new UI files and changed all existing UI files. This is always a major headache for the MQ2 devs. I would expect MQ2 to be down for at least a few days if not more.

The UI changes may affect plugins other than the MQ2 core. This could cause further delays since nothing can be debugged until MQ2 stable source code is released.

I am hoping for the best but prepared for the worst.

We will keep you updated as much as possible.

Just use the default ui and play around with the new features

Since EQ is f2p are the active hacks going to be available again? IE warp?

No, the active hack detection is still place on the SOE Servers. Nothing has changed about that. Adding them back would just get you banned

I think with 13th anniversary and F2P just starting they are going to be watching closely for active hacks as well.

Maskoi, are you going to release the NA source also with this update? I know you said you were going to at some point. Just wondering.

<dont_know_at_all> well, got in game. tons of stuff still broken
<zdozbou> thats never good news
<dont_know_at_all> just a matter of time
That was at about 23:15 PST, so hopefully everything gets ironed out soon.

Can't wait to try MQ2Buffblock on that damn Gold Reminder... Freaking annoying, but they put it as a song with popup, should be easy to target once I have MQ2 ;)

I agree the popup is annoying. Anyone have a macro snippet that will make it go away? Or will this MQ2BuffBlock be part of the new complie?

Autofire is filling the void in my heart!

I wanted to be able to auto nuke MG so I have been using that ol' Auto Fire program someone linked here. lol It works good just be careful because it will hit those keys for every toon logged in. I started targeting nearest mobs and nuking them so I had to evac. Great little program for DPSing MG if you're a caster, seeing as Kiss won't even nuke him because he's not technically a battle mob. Thanks to whoever linked to autofire.

Out of curiosity, is it possible to load the previous version just to use for the cskillup macro? or is everything just broken and unusable until its updated?

My poor druid fizzles so much *sniffle*

You cannot load a previous version. The memory offsets will not "point" to the right places.

They are making progress hopefully MQ2 will be updated in the next few days.

Cool, i figured that may be the case. Just thought i'd ask :)

You da, you da besss Maskoi~

Hey there friend, that was me who posted about the autofire program about a month ago. Here is the link to the website where you can get it along with a simple set of instructions on how to use it.

Once again this is not a hack it is a program designed to press a key you define on your keyboard in milisecond intervals of your choice. I t is what we all used years ago. I hope this helps some of you guys until we are able to use MQ2 again. =-)

Red Cented! Thanks!

I hit you with some red cents I was so glad to get a hold of that program. I heard about it years ago but could never find anything on it, or find it. I already figured out how to make it work, such a simple little thing. :) Thanks again!

May not be as big of a deal as the UI changes but none the less it is another speed bump the devs will have to address

Least with F2P, we now have an abundance of accounts to test stuff on without the risk of getting our primary accounts b&. LOL

Junky with no fix...

Yay another patch, which means more delays, which means even LESS time to enjoy MQ until the next patch after they finally fix it. Then another patch to end the anniversary. Is anyone else going nuts? I have been four boxing for way too long since FTP started. I'm almost as good as I used to be back before MQ changed my life. Hitting my malo/slow/tiger key, then my dot key.. then the nuke keys on the wizzy... I'm going to die of carpal tunnel soon enough, I miss you MQ! :qq:

Sorry, Just had to get that out.. Also, I would donate to MQ devs but I donated to N/A and also just got hit with re-sub fee. I am tapped out right now. Disability only gives me 950 a month. Really can't do much after bills/food/EQ payments. I really appreciate the hard work they do and the work our pals here at N/A Redguides do to keep us hooked up.

/cheers and have a good weekend :)
