Epic Click or any other clickie item (1 Viewer)

For some reason i recall seeing someplace where you can make a hotkey using mq2exchange and then the next line click that particular item, does anyone know how one would go about doing it , im actually lookin for one to do a epic item with, dont want a macro, just a hotkey to click it, then say i group epic active etc many thanks

I load MQ2Cast and MQ2Exchange.

Then use something like /casting "Nightbane, Sword of the Valiant" item

This will look for the item listed, swap it to a spot needed in order to activate it, click it, and return the item back. I usually has 7 bags on me and one spot for clickies, that I usually keep my clicky shoulders that has a group heal on it, and that works nicely to throw my epic click in.
