Question - Encumbrance and speed plug in

I am wondering if there is a No Encumbrance and run speed plugin for p99 and instructions on how to use it?

yes, mq21999 has both of those functions, i wouldn't use ether since they are detectable

not sure on p99, i can assure you that the ones you mentioned are detectable since i got banned yesterday for using them, i didn't use mq21990 but i used one of mine and had set to sow speed and still got banned so, for the most part i keep away from active hacks on p99 on there
