Problem - Enchanter - Won't cast Night's Perpetual Terror on Rogue?

Yes.

For some reason my Enchanter casts Night's Perpetual Terror on everyone except my Rogue. The rogue is running CWTN plugins, but the Enchanter will buff my Shaman and Cleric with it who also run CWTN plugins. Aside from that, all characters are running the same plugins etc.

This is my current buff line in the kissassist ini.
Buffs3=Night's Perpetual Terror|class|shd,brd,rog,shm,clr,rng,war,bst,pal,ber,mnk

What could be the reason that only the Rogue isn't getting the buff?

No, that is first thing I checked. Only the illusion portion is blocked, but the illusion is also blocked for all other characters that are getting the buff.

Is your Rogue getting any other buffs from your Enchanter?

I don't think SOS rogue's can be targeted by a player.

I re-organized my list of classes in the INI and now the Rogue is getting the buff. Not sure what the issue was, but it's resolved now it seems.

So I started having the issue again, and noticed the cause seems to be illusions. If any character has an illusion, the Enchanter won't give it the buff.

Sorry for bumping this, but is there a way to get the enc to cast on pets in the group?

This is an undocumented feature, but you have to have DanNet on and set BuffsOn=2. This only applies to single target buffs.

I've been told that NPT has no beneficial effect on pets. No clue if that's true or not.

I don’t think that’s true, pets can proc from buffs. They don’t gain enough from stats to matter (if at all) but proc buffs work on them.
