Question - Earth pet tanking multiple mobs (1 Viewer)

May be a stupid question but do Earth pets taunt multiple mobs like a merc tank, or do they just use root and get closest to the mob?

I'm looking at using one for Griklor for the multiple adds but I don't want it to root the adds inside the camp and then have the adds just destroy whatever player is closest to them.

It's only going to root (or attempt to) the mob it's currently targeting. Likewise with its agro.

Many thanks, I thought that would be the case. Probably more trouble than it's worth having a pet root mobs in the middle of players then.

I'm not sure what your entire group makeup is, but the adds are mezzable iirc - and most people just burned griklor before the adds overpowered them.
