Can try the “facemob” thing, although I’ve never seen that behavior. Usually really long engage times are caused by misspellings in the .ini or the use of certain long cool down abilities. If your .ini is setup to prioritize cast stuff and one of those things is a super long recast, it’ll just sit there until it’s up and they can use it.

you have several items that don't have a health value in your dps. this will cause your kiss to end and not work
example:
DPS3=Nature's Bolt and DPS8=Typhonic GrowthEvery dps entry needs
DPS#=Name|#I would suggest using dpson=2 and then using |99 for them so they work in top down order from your list.
using 100 for a health value in kiss is not recommended also, btw
