take 1 off your xtarheallist or turn off xtarhealing

I would recommend using 11|12|13 or something for xtarheallist

ah, ok, was thinking that only player characters would be healed in the xtarheallist and not mobs....thanks for the fast reply

Kiss will heal any XTarget in the list(XTarHealList=1|2|3|4). Originally kiss would check if the XTarget was a Mob and not healthem, but there are missions/dungeons you can do where you need to keep an NPC alive, so we allow for healing NPC because of this. But there is a warning message when you start kiss letting you know when one of your entries in the list(1|2|3|4) is set as Auto Hater in the XTarget window. There is no problem with setting the list to 1|2|3|4 but you must have the XTarget entries for entry 1 thru 4 set to an appropriate target BEFORE starting kissassist. Kiss will adjust to XTarget entry 5 as the first autohater to use for targeting.

But as @Sic suggested it is safer to use the last entries in the XTarget window, just because most of us are lazy and just don't watch for the warning.
