My mq2zerker window isn’t there, and I don’t see a command listed here on how to get it back
 
Next question, I use mq2 cleric rogue eskay and zerk. Today out of nowhere they stopped auto accepting rez. Any idea why?

that is mq2rez - the cwtn plugins don't do anything with rezzing
you will want to double check you have /rez accept on and a rez percent set
