Question - Different level spells with the same name (Lightning Storm)

The spell "Lightning Storm" is level 23 Wizard AE spell AND and level 103 DD spell.
Kiss loads and uses the low level one.
Is there a way to have it use the high level one? or should I just pick a different spell?
DPS1=Lightning Storm|99
Gem1=Lightning Storm

Step 1) Open Spell Book
Step 2) Right Click the Low Level Spell
Step 3) Find where the Higher Level Spell is
Step 4) Right Click the High Level Spell

You have now swapped their places in the spell book, and Kiss should load the higher level one correctly since it will find that one first.

Essentially as long as the one you want to load comes "Before" the lower level one, you'll be fine.
