Question - Desktop Click - Stop Using Memory

Hi, quick question. I am getting back into RG and on my computer in the other room it is set up so that when I click on my desktop and out of EQ, the EQ tabs freeze and stop using memory but the box group is still going. How do I access this command? I forgot what it is called. Thank you for the feedback!

Check your framelimiter settings would be my first guess.
