Config - Debuffall work with items?

currently trying to use a right click malo item in Debuff all but can't get it to work

DPS1=Veil of Lost Hopes|98|debuffall|malo|always
DebuffAllOn=1

right click Malosinia

Am I typing something incorrectly? Or does it not work with items?

The debuff routine will use Spells, Alt Abilities, and Items. My need to post a debug dump so we can see what is happening.
