Question - CWTN Class plugins end game?

So I have started over making a new group and want to level them all together, will the CWTN class plugins work for the low levels or is it mainly designed for 100+???

CWTN Plugins work from level 1 and do well while leveling its really nice to see what spells you are missing that may come from a off the beaten path vendor. Speaking of CWTN Plugins....... now that MQ2enchanter is done with testing what class is next on the list ?
