Question - coldain ring/shawl questlines

can the crafted items needed for these 2 quest lines be MQd? or do i need to lvl up crafting on all the toons that i do these with?

Can MQ at Ring 7. Do the turn in for the mini-orc war thing, have the person you want to get Ring 8 loot the head. On Ring 9, anyone can brew the no drop avalanche ale and turn it in for you.

I was curious about the shawl though because its always turn in and item + shawl it seems. That is disappointing.
