Wolfborn

Just came back a few weeks ago and I've been trying to get my Ranger ini going.

I have this, copied from one of the Ranger ini's

Buffs9=Earring of Leaves

It spam clicks that item.
I know in the past items were associated with a spell but now they are way screwed up.

I see that it gives a buff and I've tried adding that name like this:

Buffs9=Earring of Leaves|Dual|Shadow of Endurance: Permanent
Buffs9=Earring of Leaves|Dual|Shadow of Endurance: Permanent|me
Buffs9=Earring of Leaves|Dual|Shadow of Endurance:Permanent
Buffs9=Earring of Leaves|Dual|Shadow of Endurance:Permanent|me
Buffs9=Earring of Leaves|Shadow of Endurance:Permanent

And a few others I forgot.
If I add anything to the line it stops clicking all together even though I've clicked off the buff.

How do I get that to behave normally?

The effect is now permanent, no need to have it in the buffs at all.

Required level of 100.
Effect: Soothing Breath X (Any Slot/Can Equip, Casting Time: 0.5)
Effect: Sharpshooting VII (Worn, Casting Time: Instant)
Focus: Enduring Spite

First, I believe you have the wrong effect there. Soothing Breath will turn into Shadow of Knowledge BTW, as a buff.

Second, the code that checks buffs I believe will take partial names now so, you only need to put in "Shadow of Knowledge" and it will see what ever level of the buff.

And like wowfool said... it is a permanent buff now... it will persist through death and not naturally wear off. It can still be dispelled, so I maintain them in the macro I use so my toons will put them back up as needed. But that is entirely up to you.

Even if they're dispelled I think it still stays on you as an effect. I click the buffs off in my buff window and I still gain their benefit (shows in the AA tab).

I would assume dispel works the same way, even if the icon is dispelled you should keep the buff

That's very possible. I was working with several clicky items and could have mixed them up when writing the post.
I started with no buffs, clicked the item then recorded the resulting buff, entered it into my Kissassist ini, clicked off the buff and ran Kiss. It would spam all the click items except the one I had modified with the buff name, wouldn't click it at all.

I'll test it again when I get home.

Buffs6=Earring of Leaves|Dual|Shadow of Knowledge

Worked and I was able to get all the clickies into the ini and working as normal.

Now to figure out why my mage can't solo anything these days.
