Problem - cleric targeting

sometimes my guys will be healing, then they randomly seem to switch to mob and i get the cant heal target cuz npc in eqbc.

usually when this happens they just stop targetting and healing all together, any ideas? (clerics do it and they dont have any dps or debuffs for mob and so does druid who does have those)(both encounter problem)
