Version of KissAssist.mac?
11.001
When did your problem start?
4/18/2019
Character Role?
  1. Assist
What class is having this issue?
  1. Cleric
How often does this issue occur?
Always
Can you reproduce the issue?
Yes
Everything has been working fine until yesterday's patch. Now my cleric just stands there and doesn't heal. He does rez and sometimes he buffs but not always. No changes were made to the .ini file between the working and non-working problem.

All characters are connected to the same EQBC server. I have cut logging off on all characters. I have confirmed kissassist is running on all chars. I finally copied an new .ini file from the library with the same result, no healing. This is a level 58 6 box group that's been doing great. Shaman does heal but not the cleric.

Any ideas.

That didn't seem to make a difference. I thought maybe my chanter and shaman were debuffing/slowing too soon so I made that happen later in the fight. The cleric would heal one or the other even when they were 100% and not casting yet. It seemed the cleric would heal me sometimes but would broadcast one of the other characters names. I stopped and restarted kiss just to confirm I hadn't assisted anyone but the main tank but still happened.

I finally moved back to crypt of decay where I was handling multiple yellow/reds per pull near the entrance. I never once died there previously, even at lower levels, but wiped a couple of times today. Singles were ok but they seemed to ping pong from the tank to a caster(that didn't happen before).

My toons that seem to have issues getting healed all have similar suffixes at the end of their names like to,toe, too and those seem to be the ones the cleric targets most whether it's healing when they are 100% or no heal at all. I am grasping at straws here. Everything has worked fine for the past month. I have tweaked the ini files without issue. Wizard seems to work fine.

Shaman will heal himself even when he 100%. Have him set to heal at 50%. I don't see him heal the tank in the log or broadcast but he has to be doing it sometimes or I would have died more often than I have been. He make be broadcasting the wrong name or something too.

1. Did you activate any other plugins recently? MQ2Heals?

2. Anything that would be causing toons to lag or not update? Some people are having lag/issues if they are running the eq log file due to all the spell links. I used to have KA toon lag issue on some of my older computer setups until I started using MQ2eqwire plugin to reduce graphics/cpu usage of background toons.

3. Does it happen after the cleric dies? I had a weird issue where my healers wouldn't rebuff anybody, including themselves, if they died and got rezzed one time. I had to restart KA to get buffing back. Wasn't able to track it down, though ctaylor thought it had something to do with the AmIDead flag in KA.

4. Post your healer's ini files, just in case we can spot an issue.

5. Consider running a Debug/Mlog report on the cleric to see what KA is doing during the heal phase.

I got in a little play time this morning testing stuff out in the hatchery. I started with a 3 box and added characters as I tested. There was still some iffy healing like heal broadcasts announcing heals on toons at 100% but it seems it was healing the tank instead.

I had added "debuffall=2" to the enchanter and shaman when I updated my ini files for them recently. Removing that on both the chanter and shaman seems to have helped best I could tell. They were about to shut down the servers for a patch so I didn't get to check further but I was able to survive a 6 dark blue pull easily like I was able to do before.

Will test further once I can play again.
