Problem - Cleric and Druid not healing

My Cleric and Druid are ignoring their Heals 99% of the time the healing is very sporadic. They're tending to only cast stuff in Buff section and DPS section. I have tried regular KA and EQMules KA and get the problem with both versions. Reading through the log I am getting messages that I was not getting before not sure where it's come from. They will cast heals but very sporadically and unreliably my cleric keeps casting Mark of the Zealot over and over instead of getting heals out there winds up with wipes alot.

*Yes I did Notice Vivication was mis spelled in Druid INI and I have changed it, but that shouldn't be make or break.

in your dps section you have dps that point to the ma, that is not a thing in the dps section.

${Select[${Me.CombatState},ACTIVE,RESTING]}==0 you have that for most of your heals in cleric, whats the purpose of this?

if you only want it to cast in combat? or when not resting or, unless you have a specicifc reason for it, remove it
if you play on live your cleric should be fine, i play on progression and my cleric is fine without specifying anything like that

and again in your druid ini you have tags to designate targets, not something that is used in dps section
and again that wierdo condition in oyur healing section remove it.
