yes(ish). it is pretty consistent behavior, although it doesn't happen 100 percent of the time.
my cleric is sometimes reluctant to heal. as in, he won't. at all. when this happens, if i tab over to him and hit a heal, he seems to return to normal function. this happens after he completes his dps routine and specifically, after he casts ward. the offending line:

over the past month, based on me removing heals and conditions, one by one, as well as bathing in goat's blood under a full moon, i THINK that ward is the problem. i know KISS has some issues with buffs in the DPS routine, but from what ctaylor has posted, i thought if it was assigned to MA or ME it would be ok. i also have this buff in the dps section, and it doesn't seem to cause any issues:

this is wild conjecture on my part, but could this perhaps be somehow tied to the fact that ward has a longer refresh than it has duration?

when this cle disobedience happens, the mq window shows the cle entering combat, and attacking mob_name_here. he goes through his dps section, but it doesn't seem to matter if one or all of them fire. after he uses ward, he doesn't appear to be checking heals. if i tab over to him and toss a heal manually, he starts to respond. on the next mob he behaves normally (i'm guessing because ward is still locked out, but again, /wild conjecture).

now, curveball, this doesn't happen EVERY time i cast ward. i know, i know, how can anyone help when there isn't always a problem. it makes me cranky too. i do know that it only happens after ward. if i remove ward, cle behaves. i have my ranges set high on my cle because i like that dps section done while the mob is in inc if possible but that normally means the dps section fires before the heals. i think that's the problem. if i have multiples in camp and the cle is healing and then casts ward, he seems to go back to healing w/o a problem.

anyone experience anything similar or have ancient family secrets to make my cle behave? i can just dump ward, but maybe there are other options.
 
the buff works. if i take the buff out, the heals work. if i leave the buff in, SOMETIMES the heals don't work.
 
i'm horrible at explaining anything. i apologize.

i don't have any heals in my dps section. i have 2 buffs. the first, retort, provides a nice reverse ds when the tank has target. it can be used as just a buff for a proc heal, but it is more valuable (imo) cast in combat when the tank has a target to provide a reverse ds as well as stripping any ds the mob may have. the second buff, ward, i use in the dps section because it lasts just under 2 minutes with a recast of 3 minutes, i'd like to cast it in combat where it can potentially provide value instead of it being cast during downtime where it might not provide value.

i've tried interval at 0, 1, and 2 to maybe help the cle back into heals, but he still fails to cast heals after ward has been cast.
 
Hey @timmy If you could get me a debug log of this when it happens, would be most helpful. Just PM me the log so I can take a look. Looking at the code, I am not seeing where Ward would be causing the macro to skip the healing code.
