Problem - Characters not assisting main tank with kissassist

Having problems with characters assisting the main assist. I type the normal /mac kissassist and they are not assisting the main assist. This is a new issue ive never had before. Please help.

Do you have the tank targeted?
also try

/mac kissassist assist Tankname

You may also have the mob out of range. Post your mage INI file.

For me it was Mod Rod AA in the buff section.

For sh*ts and giggles, please upgrade to 8.4.0 release of KA and retest... and make sure you are launchint the toons correctly in assist mode with MA name defined in the macro starter command as Maskoi said.
