Question - Chain sitting?

This might be the most annoying thing yet, lol....How/Why are my toons Chain sitting?? I stand them up, they sit right back down...100% hp, 100% mana, 100% end. Happens on my melee classes with no mana and casters alike. The only way it stops is to just not do anything for 5-10 mins. Or to /end. Can I make it so my toons never sit down unless I tell them to?

*edit i have medon=0 on all my melee as well...they still chain sit..

They might be sitting because groupwatch=1. This makes all toons med when other toons are below 25% and medding.
