I don't think this is a bug or a problem as much as it is me probably missing something. I didn't see another place to post this so taking a shot here.

I'm currently running 2 PC's with 6 toons a piece. I've noticed that my shammy and enchanter on "PC A" wont buff the toons on "PC B". I'm guessing this is because the toons on "PC B" arent in the buff ini file on "PC A".

If that is the case, is there a setting that I'm missing to get the two PC's to sync their buff ini files (some EQBC voodoo or something), a way to add them manually, or do I need to continue casting those few buffs by hand? Not a big deal in any case since we're about to get the group versions for haste and focus with luclin release on ragefire anyways!

Just run the server on one pc, and point the 2nd pc to the IP address of the first pc when you do /bccmd connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 2112

My toons are all connected to the EQBC server from "PC A" already. I use it to execute my follow commands and stuff like that. Is there something else I needed to do in that process?

Its the kissassistbuffs.inc in your macro folder that writes char buffs to a file and then uses the file to know when to buff a char. Across PC you dont have access to that unless you share your MQ2 folder or utilize a service like dropbox. Sharing would probably be best and you would have to run both PC's out of the same MQ2 folder....

Thanks a ton for the info! I never thought about letting them use a shared directory, I'll definitely look into that.

UPDATE

Running both PCs off of the same MQ directory in a network folder seems to work perfectly! Thanks again!
