Question - Buy plugins for emu?

Thinking of trying out the lazarus emu while the 64 bit changeover is happening, I'm on test so didnt have to buy any plugins, is it the same for emu as well?

No problem if I need to, I just like to keep a close eye on my budget and plan for expenditures.
