Request - Buy from NPC Mac

I looking for a macro that will allow me to target any NPC merchant and auto buy a designated item (I imagine in the ini you could type in whatever you wanted) and the macro will open the merchant window and buy that item till your bags are full then end.

The buyer mac included in the compile does basically that except you set the amount of an item you want to buy it doesn't just fill your inventory

If you use mq2autoloot it has a command to buy items from a merchant.

/autoloot buy "item name" #n

Where #n is the number to buy, at the moment you need to already have the merchant window open.

I went to macros folder and only thing I see is a buy.inc I checked it out and it says to do exactly what you said. More specificily : /call buy (item name) (amount)

When I fill it all in I get an error saying Cannot call when macro is not running. But I don't see a buy.mac anywhere and when I go to the updater I don't see it in the list.

I use redguides compile so mq2autoloot isn't part of it. It uses ninaadvloot.

MQ2Autoloot is apart of the redguide compile. Type:

/plugin mq2autoloot

And it will be loaded.

Sorry for the delay in replying but I just got around to trying your suggestion. You were right on. I needed to use buystfuff instead of just buy. It is working like a champ now. Thank you very much to everyone that helped.


One new question now. I tried using this same mac on an ldon merchant. It did not work. Is there a way to get it to do the same thing from an ldon merchant?
