which plugin allows you to right click on your buffs and view stats ?

SOE removed the info from the buff list, it no longer works the way it has in the past..

You can still see the info from your SpellSet bar.

Maybe someone will come up with a new way to display this info.

Just hold down shift and right click the buff.. it gives you a menu to show buff info. I can see everything at least

If you right click the buff and let the menu pop up it allows 3 different functions. 1 is block the buff, another is remove buff, and the third is show buff stats. When MQ2 is loaded you will see the buff stats, but without it you just get a blank window with nothing in it.

Well.. you never COULD see buff info without MQ2.. so this hasn't changed.
