Question - /buff command isn't casting all of the buffs

When issuing the /buff command the toon will only seem to cast the group related buffs and not the self buffs or buffs with "|dual|" in them. What's the trick to make sure that my toons cast ALL of their buffs in the buff section when I issue the /buff command?

Example of the "|dual|" tag that wont cast the buff:

Using |dual| will not cast the buff if the dual buff is present. You can do without most of those Dual buffs as the item will not cast if you already have the buff on.
