Bard - Level 35 - Maximum effort! - Well good morning to you, too.

Notes
Basic Bard, with some condition functionality that can be extended as it levels.
The intention is to make the configuration as good as it can possibly be within the KissAssist framework.

Roles for this Bard are puller, mezzer, and general support for group: haste, slow, snare, mana and health regen, and selo's.
RezAccept is set to 20% as the only rezzer in the group is a paladin.
