Problem - Bard issue after latest patch

Not sure if it’s a Twist issue or with KA but noticed that after last patch bard will randomly start twisting even after Invis has landed.

I always do /twist off before casting invis. Anyone else getting the same problem?

I was having this same problem through several patches to the point I almost deleted the bard . . .
The bard still exists, the bard never shuts up . . . and since the bard Never shuts his yap, the bard is usually first to die (No skin off my nose if he dies I was just thinking about killing him anyways with the <Delete Character> button . ..
The best I can hope for so far is to /mqp the bard once the MA dies so the bard stops AE mezzing the mobs off the mage pet,
Until I get used to creating socials for the idiot, I will probably still threaten to delete him, or just use him as a Very Minor support toon.

the Issue with only using /twist off without pausing the macro is that some other condition of the macro (even if you have no conditions) kicks him back on.

Pause the macro then twist off and that will shut him up until you unpause him, or forget to unpause him and wipe (a cause of many of my wipes, forgetting to turn the CC back on)

My bard has been naughty too lately. Makes me hit macro stop and twist stop a number of times to get her to stop. Then a couple more times to make sure she stays stopped. She likes to pull quest turn in peeps in CC and get the whole group killed sometimes. FD doesn't work with MQ2Eskay and MQ2Melee sucks for an SK since we like to kill multiple mobs at a time without mezzing and turning off attack to switch targets often means death. So when it happens I just die. I have been tempted to swap out the BRD for my ENC. She is on thin ice.

yep all known issues...bards suck.....its being worked on....I hate bards lol

I have also had this issue, to the point where even /mqp and /twist command dont shut him up I literally have to unload the plugin to not wipe my group because a bard cant shut his mouth. Currently the bard is on pretty thin ice with me and boxing I really really dont want to have to level an enchanter.

Of course if there are still mobs on xtarget all bets are off... otherwise I use the following social button for my bard...

Line 1 = /pause 1, /stopsong
Line 2 = /twist off
Line 3 = /twist off
Line 4 = /twist off
Line 5 = /twist off

I use ISBoxer with key repeater and I have my bard push this key at the same time my other characters are hitting their Perfected Invis and Perfected IVU.

It works about 80% of the time.

The problem with bards and invis, is that bards sing using MQ2Twist. All kiss does is start a twist and then forgets about it until they need the bard to cast something not in their current twist. So if you want to fix this issue, then the change needs to be made in MQ2Twist to check if invised to stop twisting. I would add some flag you can enable and disable. That way if you don't want the bard to stop twisting when invised, then you can do that..
