Bard Epic 1.5 broken???

Heya folks, am trying since days to get a kill done in Dragon Necropolis for my Bard's Epic 1.5

I manage to kill mercenaries till Excavator Quellin spawns.

Alla then says on killing him -> Tarn Macklin should spawn.

This Tarn Macklin step is eighter broken??? or very rare follow up spawn on kill of Quellin ???

What am I doing wrong, if it isnt broken?

I know I dont kill too slow! Tried killing it in 3seconds and tried killing it fighting a minute.

Any help would be kind.

Was working just fine before the last patch, Tarn spawns a ways inside the zone, not where the names excavator is.

Make sure you have all prehails to this part, otherwise he won't spawn.

dont even need a bard in the zone, people are going there to level and spawning him while xping with no bard.

Did this a few months ago and it still worked. Tarn Macklin spawns at the top right of the map though, in a building there with some friends IIRC

thx alot, didnt think of looking somewhere else for the spawn.
reading guide on Alla makes it look like Excavator goes down and poof on same spot of corpse new named spawns.
